I don't know about the battery chargerbut my Dad actually threw my perkins 
braille writer out. It was boxded up to go back to Howe Press for 
maintenance and he thought it was a christmas box and out it went. Sorry 
powers that be I couldn't resist that one.Anyway I don't know about your 
charger but man what a bummer.
Hay at least she didn't trash your voice note and leave you the charger. 
I've heard of that happening.
