Hi, Jim: I emailed you, but your email came back to me. Try reversing the process. I don't know what you backed up, or what drive it's on, but reverse it. If you backed up on to the cf card, put it back to where you got it. I just did this, and it worked. Then, from the Main Menu, go to open a document. When it says "folder name", press T chord. Space down to where the folder is that you put the back up information in. Of course, it will be the subdirectories. When you see May 20, press Enter. As soon as you see the first file, press Backspace with C. You'll see that the files are protected, it will ask if you want to erase anyway. Say yes to all of them. Let me know if this works.
