If you are using the BN BT, at the "from" prompt, press Backspace with K. You will see, "copy added to clipboard." If you can, it's a little easier to go into the address book, and put the last and first name in. Go down to the e-mail prompt, press Backspace with V. Generally, the first and last name are in the e-mail address, so you will want to press Backspace with dots 2-5 to get rid of the access information. You'll probably want to press it twice. Then, the first character you will see is the "less-than" sign. Use the dot 6 with the Spacebar to move the cursor one place, and press Backspace to delete the "less-than" sign. Then, press dots 4-6 Space to get to the end of the information. Press Backspace to delete the "greater-than sign. Press E chord to add the record. Hope this helps.
