This was my first time sending my BT to CA.  I got a message that they could
not find my RMA.  I had never heard of it.  I called and got an explination,
but how was I supposed to know to call them before sending my machine.  I
put a note inside describing what I wanted done and it had my phone number
and my work address.  
I have been on this e-mail for more than a year and I do not remember
hearing about calling befor sending.
