Peggy, Well, I got curious so couldn't wait til morning. <smile>
I did set up a dialup entry for earthlink plus an entry in the directory of email accounts. I was able to dial into earthlink and successfully check for mail. I disconnected and did another dialup but this time using the browser and going to the pulsedata home page. The dialup worked and I was able to access the PDI home page okay. So we can definitely get you going. I'm writing this to the list as others may be experiencing similar problems, but if you like, we can continue this privately to get you all set up. Anyway, it works here so I'm sure we can get it to work there. Don
