dear Mr. Jonathan, Apologizes for writing to you. I hope you will advise me about the right person to ask. I bought a bt18 3 months ago. I have a nokia 6600 and I am able to navigate and to send emails. If I try to receive emails though I get "invalid username or password" error. If I use my wire phone, everything goes OK. I suspect there is something wrong with the infrared port; in fact I asked a friend of mine to use his palmtop with my nokia and he was able to handle his email (both send and receive).
