Ask whoever is helping you to go to the GW Micro web site and download the demo version of WindowEyes. It will give you immediate access to speech. The demo lasts 30 minutes, so you will have to run it again and again. WindowEyes is the best and least expensive screen reader. You can use it with your VoiceNote as a synthesizer.
