Hello, This question came up concerning universal charging systems during a pulse data chat several months back. We were advised not to use anything but the standard charger for the Braille note.
If you are not familiar with how these systems work, the charger must deliver the correct current and voltage values over the correct time frame in order that the battery not be overcharged. The universal systems can not be certain they will do this. Even as good as these systems look for other devices I would be very concerned about how they charge such valuable equipment as cell phones, pdas and other needed electornic equipment.
