I am writing concerning the subject of obtaining a BrailleNote. I don't think
there is a right or wrong answer, except to say, it depends on how we treat a
person when it is being said. Not all of us have the same capacity to get what
they need, and most of us learn differently. Yes, I believe we have really
covered this ground well. None of us are in a position, except to give ideas
on obtaining equipment for anyone, but I don't think we need to make someone
feel bad because they can't figure out what to do.
Pretty soon, people will feel intimidated about asking questions on this list,
because of the abruptness they're getting. I hope that never happens.
My other point would be, if we are complaining about this subject, some of us
are rewriting what a person just said to say they agree. Regards.
