I see that your first question's been answered. Regarding your second question, go to any "Drive?" prompt (e.g., File Manager>Directory, KeyWord>Open a Document>BACKSPACE if not immediately prompted for a drive). She'll want to know the available space on the Flash Disk, so at that "Drive?" prompt, hit SPACE until you reach the Flash Disk, and press SPACE with I. You'll be told the disk name, how many bytes are free, and the size of the disk in terms of bytes.
You can repeat the same procedure when pointed to a CF card for the same info, BTW. She probably isn't concerned with the KeySoft System Disk's available space unless she's downloading a file off of a Web page because one shouldn't place their files there anyway, and since you say "on her unit", I'm assuming that isn't an external drive, so she would check the Flash Disk as I initially instructed.
