Hi all,

Ah, it's *that* password you need.  Suggest you call your ISP and ask
them for it, or ask them to change it for you.  

There may be a link on the web site to have your password mailed to
you.  Usually what they do is ask you for a clue and you type in the
clue to prove you're the right party and need access to the PW.  It
would have been something like, what's your pet's name or your
mother's maiden name or somesuch.
