In standard word processing now-a-days, a skipped line is all that is necessary in paragraphing. I don't know what the convensions are for the Braille Code or if this individual happens to be in school where teachers and/or professors may have a certain way they would like things to look but when I went back to business school one of the first things they told me was in a business situation in general word processing was that everything was flush with the left margin and only the skipped line indicated a new paragraph.
Now that might have changed but I am only writing wat was told to me.
