I was trying to open a KeyWord document today when I got a message that said at end of file and then there were some asterisks. The file was a Web-Braille book--all of the volumes were put into one large file. What does this error message mean? Is the file corrupted? Can this be fixed? Or will I have to download the book all over again? Jane
