Hello: Up until last year, I used a Sanyo SCP 4700 with a serial cable to the Voicenote on the Sprint PCS network. It worked great as long as I was within reasonable distance to a tower. I've since switched to T-Mobile because I could get an accessible cell phone.
The serial cables for these phones are kind of tricky to find because most of the manufacturers have gone to USB, but some determined Googling will usually turn one up. Try putting your cell phone's manufacturer, model number and the word "Accessories" or "Cables" in a search and you should find something. hth Jeff [EMAIL PROTECTED]
