Another comment.  If you use speech only to read a textbook formatted book,
you will have to edit the page numbers by adding letter signs to a1, a2, b3,
c4, and so on, because the speech will read them wrong.

That's why I like to use KeyWord instead of the bookreader, so I can make
sure everything is pronounced as right as possible.

But there is a limit on how many entries you can add to the pronunciation
dictionary.  PDI should expand this limit or make it limitless.

I usually read with braille, but if I'm sick or just feel lazy, I like to
use speech.
