Hi everyone, I have a caution about upgrading that I thought I'd post. Inthe instructions, it says to do a 1-2-3 reset when you're trying to find out what version you have. It says to be sure to hold the keys down until you hear the chime. I did that and everything went dead, no speech no display, and no restart. I called tech support in an absolute panic, and found out that I needed to hold the keys down until it does the little melody it does when it restarts. Maybe everyone knows this but me, but I thought I'd post it anyway. The upgrade is done and I feel like I've given birth. Allison
