I am a new list member. My name is Stacey Robinson. At some point I hope to
purchase a voicenote QT and I'd like to learn more about it. I had a voice note
BT a couple of years ago, but now I have a Braille lite m-20. I don't have a
computer right now and don't know when I'll have one. I have a pac mate which
I'm trying to sell so that I can peopleurchase the QT. My questions are below
and feel free to write me off-list if this isn't on topic.
1. Does the voicenote QT have a braille input mode?
2. Can you download web braille books from the NLS web Braille site? If so,
How?
3. Does the voicenote QT play Daisy books like the ones on the bookshare site?
4. Can you surf the web and download things into the unit? For example, updates
to your VOICENOTE?
5. Can you back up your entire unit to a flash card without the use of a
computer?
6. Can the unit be used without a computer?
