Hi Sherry:
From your Main Menu, you can press E, then S and R. Your receive
option has two things. The first one is whether or not you want email
deleted from the server after reading. If you say yes, it will delete
immediately. If you say no, they will remain until you remove them from the
PC.
Freeing the database takes care of what you have placed in trash. It
doesn't delete anything else. If you have set your receive option setting
to "yes" you don't need to worry about the "send, all, and receive". Now if
you have created a folder like "email stuff" in the email folder, your "all,
receive and send" will have those items in it until you have deleted out the
folder you created in the "email folder".
