Can someone explain to me what temp files are? I don't
remember having to deal the those when I had my voice note
a while back?
I also have a couple of other questions, first what does
the current case for the voice note QT look like? When I
had my BT about three years ago I guess, they had those
cases with the medal thing on the bottom that the unit
attached too. Second, if you down load say 50 e-mails at a
time, does this take a long time? Third, has anyone had any
difficulty downloading web braille books, I mean do you
have to reset your unit? Last, where do these books go once
they're downloaded?

Ps. is there a software agreement for the vnqt? How much are they, and do you
have to buy them at the time of purchase or can you buy them later? Also, is
there a toll-free number in the us. for tech support?
