Hi, folks: Anita, I have been reading this thread with a great deal of
interest, and I finally decided to weigh in on the subject.
First, I am assuming that, when you asked your rehab counselor for a BN, it was
part of an ongoing discussion with him/her about a plan for employment, or
education, or, perhaps, just living more independently. What I'm getting at is
that you can't just drop the bomb on the person, that you want a BN. Of
course, I'm sure you didn't ad that.
The reasons you gave were good. You might also add that, with the new upgrade,
you'll be able to go on "secure" web sites, which will enable you to do things,
such as banking.
Now, you mentioned that he said he wouldn't approve the purchase of a BN,
because you have a BNS 640. Well, that's a cute little notetaker, but it
really is pretty out-of-date. I hope you get what you want, but, as you ask
for it, be sure to really have your thoughts together, so they can't argue with
