Hi, I was able to with the braillenote go to the amazon.com help desk and contact or send an email via a form on the website. Hopefully I can arrange to call a person who works there so I can buy what I want. I wish I wouldn't have to go through all this just to buy something. At the time pdi put internet explorer in the braillenote they already had an internet explorer 5 and 6 if I remember correctly. Why didn't pdi choose to go with the latest browser? It doesn't make sense to me. That's like me going to buy a computer with windows xp and telling them, can you take out windows xp and install windows95 and ms-dos?
This is a real setback! not only for me, but probably for other people with braillenotes as well. I know the braillenote is not a laptop, but if pdi would give us the latest software available for windows ce then it still won't be a laptop but will be able to be used more efficiently. Josh
