When scheduling the appointment, press D for "Daily" at the "Recurrence?" prompt. After pressing ENTER to accept the value, you'll be prompted "Days between recurrence?" The default is 1, so type 3, and press ENTER to accept. Then, you can proceed to schedule the alarm.
