Hi,
Yes Pulse Data do have a scanoer called "SCANNAR'R" and have had mine for 3 
years and it works really well with the braille note.  It  even asks "Do you 
want to save to the braille note"
 It is an excellent unit, a stand alone and it has very clear speech.
not  too heavy to carry around if needed.
