[Braillenote] email problem

Hello list: I'm having trouble downloading email. I have not had a problem 
since I installed 6.1 last Tuesday. I started downloading about 300 emails 
this weekend and that's when the problem started. At first it would only 
download about 50 or so. I deleted the database and downloaded again after 
telling the bn to install the database again. Now it will only download 
about 155 emails.
It then gives me a message that says no emails sent then says exception: 
email access violation writing 0
How can i solve this problem?
Hope someone can help. It will definitely be appreciated.
