There are also cases where information is *not* found in the BN's manual. One time a friend and I spent hours looking through the BN manual in order to solve a problem I had with my BN. As it turns out, we couldn't find the appropriate information and had to have her husband look it up in the print manual.
In addition to the above comment, I'd also like to say that there's never an excuse for rudeness. We were all new to the VoiceNote and BrailleNote at one time. This list is designed for VN/BN novice and advanced users alike to ask questions without fear of being flamed by people who don't want to help. Lisa
