I guess I got the impression that your unit was behaving differently from mine by the fact that I knew you had done the process before, and since you were giving instructions to move down to the "Date Index" field before tapping ENTER, I figured you'd already tried just tapping ENTER, and your records hadn't been sorted by the "Date Index" field (and seeing as it's easiest to tell whether a message is a "ghost" message or not by seeing whether the "Date Index" field is blank, as it's the first field that appears, you would want to give those instructions to sort the records as such). Thanks for clarifying, though.
