Hello, again, Here's what's driving me absolutely around the bend!
Using the VOICENOTE which is running KEYSOFT 5.1, after I correctly log onto the BOOKSHARE homepage and into my account, I tap the S key four consecutive times until I hear the "step 1, DOWNLOADS" prompt. I then download the current validation list and choose a book to validate Using the CONTROL and right arrow keys in tandem, I press the ENTER key when the "DOWNLOAD" link is identified. When I then try to download the book from the specified link at the bottom of the page, I am told that the file which I am attempting to download is named ERROR. But I am given the book's editorial custody for a week, but in reality have no book to validate. Does this weird sequence of nonproductive and maddening events make the least bit of sense to any experienced and sane validators out there? BTW, I still can't download MY LIFE and my daced and crazed mind is wondering if these problems share similarities. Diane Kelker, Actress, Coach, Definitely Confused Child,
