Sherri,

Just behind the on/off switch of the bn is a small hole.  In there is the reset 
button.  You may want to use a stylus or something to reach in and press it.  
When you let up on the button you will hear a tone and the display will go 
blank for several seconds.  It should come back up showing "main menu".  

This is what is known as a simple reset.  The button is recessed slightly into 
the bn case so you won't press it by accident.
