Your student's Braillenote will more than likely have to be returned to
PDI. This particular problem has been seen before by myself and others,
and it usually indicates a chip failure.

Subject: [Braillenote] flash disk problem

Hello group,
One of our students is having a problem with his braillenote 32. The
error
reads, The flash disk is unavailable. Please push reset with no keys
down.
We did that but still get the same message but failed 25 was added.
Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Susan Martinez
