Hi Paul, everyone entitled to 6.1 will be receiving it in the mail on a compact flash card, irrespective of whether at the time they purchased their SMA, they elected to receive upgrades in the mail. We are wearing the cost for those customers who purchased the downloadable SMA option before 6.1 was envisaged.
In the future however, upgrades should be downloadable because it would only be rarely that we change the actual operating system.
