I hope the person who asked this question has some friends on the BrailleNote
list who can forward my experience with this message and its solution.

I eventually asked a sighted friend with a computer to log into my e-mail
account, where he found 288 e-mails, four of which were more than one mb each,
thus clogging the BrailleNote.

My friend very painstakingly read out the subject line of each e-mail, all the
Isaacs and the Rhondas and the Londas and the Marias and the Anns and the Pauls
and the Terries, etc., and I had to decide which to keep and which to delete.
This took nearly three hours.

However, coming home from a day out today, I found 62 e-mails waiting, and,
after the 47th, I again received the message: "Exception: E-Mail Access
Violation. Writing 0".

What to do? If it was just a question of size, then all I had to do was to
increase the maximum size of e-mail, which I did in the Receive Options, from
50k to 2000k, and the 62 e-mails purred into place.

I do hope that this helps.

And apologies if I've missed your name from the roll of honour!!! [smile.]

Warm regards,

And did anyone get my e-mail about a quick method of replacing words in block
capitals by the same words in small letters?

Jim Taylor.
