Hi List: The setup menu Rhonda referred to is actually two different setup menus.
To find the setup options for embossing, press w from the main menu to enter keyword, then ;, to emboss. When you receive the prompt "emboss which document?", you can either choose the file which you wish to emboss, or press s to enter the setup menu. The same procedure holds true for printing, where you would press w from the main menu to enter keyword, then p to print, then s to enter the setup options. Two different menus exist because printing and embossing have a few separate features that only apply to them. A;, page margins might differ, as well as user preferences. A particular user might wish to have pages numbered when embossing but not when printing. Unfortunately, I cannot answer the embossing question because I have never embossed a document on the bn.
