I am working with a student who is attempting to print a document. The printer stops after two pages have been printed, and there is still at least one additional page to print. Any idea as to the problem?
Second, sometimes when he tells the BN which document to print, it first prints a previous document and then, on the second attempt, prints the document he tells it to print. Any ideas there?
