[Braillenote] dog sticking up o the Braille display

Dot 4, cell 9, on my BN will not go down.  Instead of Is I get Js.  Instead
of os I get Ns.  Instead of a simple contraction for was I get the ble sign
instead.  How can I fix this *without* having to send it in?  That isn't an
option until December at the earliest.
