Dear Patty: Here are your instructions. First of all, if you have created any folders in your email folders, make sure you move the messages you want, because you will lose all of your email in this process.
1. From the Main Menu, go to file manager, and press E to erase a file. 2. Go to your flash disk, either by pressing backspace until you see "drive list" or (control with D.) Go to the KeyList folder. 3. When you get to the "list of files," press Space with X, (read with X.) 4. The file you are looking for is email folder.cdb. 5. Press Enter, and you will be asked if you are sure you want to erase this file, as it contains a database. Press Y for yes. 6. Go back to Main Menu. 7. Press E, then W for write an email. 8. You will see there is no database, and you will be asked if you want to create a new one. Press Y for yes. You should be all right.
