Sherry, I left out one step, and I apologize. When you want to make the dot
sign, it's a 4, 6.
I am going to take a gander at your browsing question. You are correct in
saying the manual is not specific. When I write in my user name, I press
the space with dots 4, 6. You will usually see "text input". Usually, this
is where your password goes. Then, I press space with 4, 6 again. If it
says "yes button" then I press enter.
Another thing that I've found helpful is to know how the website is set up.
You have to do this little trick everytime, but, when you enter a website,
you can press the space bar with the letter T. Cycle through the options by
pressing SPACE with dots 3-4. The first one is the default, "input control"
Then you have things like links, headings, frames. When you find the one
you want, press SPACE with E. Hope this makes sense, and hope it helps.
