al, when Larry Lewis left, they were unable to deal with the crises. larry kept that unit in good order. Not only that, he called new users and helped them get setup and so forth. I guess he's performing these tasks for Optelec now. Oh, well, i should've paid attention to this. i am angry at myself for not paying closer attention to this detail. I knew it when he left. isaac
