My friend just baught german for her voicenote. It came on a corrupted
compact flash card. The card was unusable and had to be reformatted. My
compact flash card also had to be reformatted. Upon trying to install the
german we got a fatal application error.
Could Dean Jackson or someone else who makes these packages please promptly
email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] a replacement german installation package for
the serial number 16535 and also could you pass along the keysoft
multilingual documentation to go along with it. Note: you may want to rename
the .exe extension to .exa to ensure that the attachment will be received.
Upon receipt of the attachment, the extension of .exa will be renamed back
to .exe in order to propperly install the software on my friend's voicenote.
Renaming the extension to .exa will not harm the program itself.
