Hello All: Sorry, I know this one has been covered before, but I sure wish John or Dean or someone from PDI might take a closer look at this. I'm having the same trouble with disappearing subject lines that others have reported on this list. It seems to happen more often when I am downloading via phone line rather than via network or cell connection. The subject lines come up as "No Subject" and the sender as Annonomous. Also, I notice some extra information in the body of the message like =20 and other things. I have tried several resets with and without extra keys and the trick of sending 5 test messages out and back to my self. The most agrivating thing is that it isn't consistent. Sometimes the problem is there on one download and then gone in the next 15 minutes later.
If I am missing something, could someone please email me on or off list and tell me of the correct solution. It's not too bad when downloading 5 or 6 messages, but wen receiving 2 or 3 hundred, things can get a bit dicey. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me and others on this list.
