Diane, I hesitate, because I am not sure of all the qwerty commands. I may be chided about using the word Control, but I'll tell you how I think it goes. People do this differently, but I'll tell you what's easiest for me. When you see the "from" in an e-mail address, press Control with C, which will copy your information to the clipboard. Then, go to your address list. I generally write the last name and the first name, then, go down to the e-mail address prompt. Press Control with V. Generally, the first and last name will be there along with the e-mail address. Because you won't be able to use it with the first and last name, when you see the first name, press Control with K. You'll delete that first name, and be at the last name, so press Control with K again. Go one character to the right of the "less-than" and press Backspace to get rid of the "less-than". I cannot remember on a Qwerty how to get to the end of the line. But at the end of the line, press Backspace to get rid of the "greater-than" sign. I know I'm making it more complicated than I need to, but I don't remember all of the qwerty signs. I want to! say that end of line is Read with Semicolon.
