Isaac, hold on, old friend.  Hold on.  I know you're upset, but hold
on.

First of all, I agree that PDI should probably not charge your credit
card until the item ships, but if you ordered the upgrade that
earlyy...I would never do that.  I would order only after I knew an
upgrade of anything was being shipped.  

As for the disk Drive proplems, I would like clarification on this
one, please.  I do have a 5 gig hard drive which I purchased from
PDI.  Do I understand that these drives do not work in 6.1, or have we
been jumping at shadows here?  I suspect that the gentleman who had
the problem with his disk drive may be experiencing a single event.
Let's not get all revved up till we have to, eh?  It takes too much
energy, Isaac.
