Hello, I have my preferred Braille grade for French set to Grade 1 since I don't yet know French contracted Braille. When I open a Microsoft Word file in KeyWord and have translation to Braille enabled, it imports the file in grade 2 Braille, anyway. I've double and tripple-checked my preferred Braille grade setting, but no luck--it insists on Grade 2 Braille translation. One more note: I can import the file into KeyWord format using the "Translation" menu under File Manager, and it will then appear in Grade 1 Braille. It's only when I directly open a Word document in KeyWord that it insists on the use of Grade 2 Braille. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
