Hey call the

pdh arnumber and i think option for 4 or 5 is for repair status.  they've been 
hd about getting back to me but i do agree about tech support i get them 
because i just don't give up but more people there would be nice i've some"js 
e-mailed them and several days later get a response.  so, i'd like to see more
