All, this thread is off topic for the BrailleNote list and I am requesting that it cease. This list is not a general philosophical list about assistive technology and its pricing. There are plenty of lists where this might be appropriate however. This list is going to get very busy in about five days time when we make a series of major announcements, so in ppreparation for this, please keep to the list rules and confine topics to questions and answers that directly relate to the BrailleNote. Just to be clear, I am not saying that the price of a BrailleNote isn't on topic, however general philosophical discussions about technology in general are clearly off topic.
