Hi Listers, I did a reset no keys held down the error message still exists. No the file doesn't have the same name as any files within the folder I am trying to move the file to. I just thought moving files was so easy. Maybe if I try to copy the file? I don't really understand why the BN copies and moves things. Aren't they the same thing? Don't they serve the same purpose? I will create a text document and see if it can be moved to another folder. This is just so frustrating. Although this is a minor problem compared to other problems I have had with the BN. I should be grateful for a little annoyance. I know other users have or had bigger issues with their units. Thanks for your help. Perhaps I need to try all three resets to see if it fixes the issue. This just bothers me that in order to fix issues often if the user does all three resets the problem still isn't resolved. I don't think a unit should be subjected to resets of one type or of several types frequently. Maybe resetting the unit is just common? I would say my BN usually has at least one reset one without the keys held down one daily. It's always been this way with my BN. It's just like a part of life. Lisa
