Hi Penny and Sharon: Penny is right. Sharon, it appears that you have written your name in grade 2 in the address list.
Press e from the main menu to enter keymail, then press s for the set up options. Press a to get to the address list. When the bn displays "your name?" You will most likely see your name written in grade 2. It must be changed to grade 1.
