I think I saw this one time.  Not absolutely sure, but  believe it happens when 
the directory of accounts.klt file is missing.  Before doing anything else, 
have 
her check to see if it is there.  If the database itself isn't there, it should 
say so and ask if you want to create it.

They've moved a few of these databases around so not sure if you need to look 
in the keylist or keymail directory.  I'd try both.  <smile>
