Try going to the file manager, then to the keyplan folder. It sounds, from what your message says, that you're running an earlier version of Keysoft, so once you get to the Keyplan folder, see if there's a file called 2004 planner and kill it if there is. <smile>

I have gone to the file manager and cannot find the planner.  Fortunately,
or not, I am calendar resistant so there isn't much in the planner to loose.
Also I have a Braille back up for most things.
How do I do as the error prompt directs.
