Thanks very much for your advice. I suggested it to my sister and it
worked thank God. She did a reset with dots 1, 2, 3 but it asked her for
another reset which she did without any dots. After that, the braille display
worked again. I was afraid she had to send it to pulsedata. Thank God she
didn't need to.
