Me too! I have been a staunch supporter of this product since I first saw the prototype at the CSUN conference in March of 2000, but I have never been as disappointed in a product manufacturer as I am with PD at this point, and this includes frustrating experiences with companies like Telesensory Systems and Freedom Scientific.
